Malakye Zaayin Tsosie is a filmmaker from the Navajo Nation. A graduate from the University of Colorado Denver, where he had the opportunity to direct multiple short-length documentaries, all depicting the lives of Navajo people living in the Navajo Nation.

His work has premiered at SXSW, Santa Fe International Film Festival, DOC NYC, Big Sky Film Festival, and other festivals. He made his streaming debut on AMC+ with Woven Together.

He aims to tell truthful, unapologetic stories reflecting his cultural identity. He seeks to join a collective of storytellers who honor and engage with people's stories and truths.
